Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $128000 - $138000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to think strategically and prioritize often engaged tasks.
  • Plan, manage and execute events for team events (digital and in person), all together, leadership forums and other celebrations and milestones. Lead or co-lead projects and initiatives of different magnitudes.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the execs and the teams they manage, as well as within the GDM and Labs admin community.
  • Mentor and assist with onboarding new team members (other E/ABPs, executives or xfn team members).
