Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with backend distributed systems, databases, and full-stack development.
- Experience in testing and launching distributed systems, storage, and related software products.
- Experience with programming languages such as C++ and Golang.
- Understanding of network topology models or infrastructure management.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services and infrastructure for modeling planet-scale networks.
- Uphold high standards for code quality and operational excellence within the team.
- Manage individual project priorities and tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and optimize distributed storage and processing systems that are essential to operate and grow the network.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within a geographically distributed team structure.
