About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

We are seeking an experienced, business-savvy Senior Technical Program Manager (TPgM) to drive the business generation and productization of our Supply Chain Data Platform.

In this role, you will operate with a dedicated Product Manager persona, shifting the focus from standard execution to shaping data as a product. You will lead high-ambiguity efforts to identify the building blocks, capabilities, and business generation strategies for our data assets. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap and working cross-functionally with Engineering, business stakeholders, and other TPgMs to drive platform adoption and business value.

Success in this role means transforming your team from operational order-takers into proactive strategic partners who design technology that reduces operational risk, automates complex operational and functional data flows, and directly enables the business to scale and maximize the outcomes.

We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. • Drive platform adoption by positioning data as a product for internal and external consumers. Define and track measurable business impact, Return on Investment (ROI), and platform KPIs.
