Global Solutions Senior Associate

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Product Management or a related field and 4 years experience in the job offered or in a Global Solutions Senior Associate-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Product Management or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Global Solutions Senior Associate-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Leading complex, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives or Program management; Building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including Product and Engineering or Cross-functional team alignment; Creating narrative-driven presentations and documents for executive audiences or Strategic storytelling; Differentiating technical product value using financial and technical data analysis or Value proposition development; and Developing sales and partnership strategies for technical products using competitive intelligence or Go-to-market strategy development.

About the job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $179,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Position reports to the Google Chicago, IL office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to define product strategy and identify growth requirements.
  • Influence product development by researching and recommending priorities for feature roadmaps and cross-portfolio management.
  • Create strategic opportunity documentation that captures long-term business needs and informs product decisions. Structure and support alpha and beta programs to test new products and ensure launch readiness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute successful product launches and drive customer adoption. Develop compelling value propositions and support sales prioritization by identifying key market themes.
  • Regional and International travel required more than 10% of the time to unanticipated worksites.
