Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in the education space or on educational products and tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of successfully managing a high-volume territory or a large book of business (100 accounts) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace for Education, and generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in using data analysis to inform strategy, drive decisions, and measure success.
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute field events, while maintaining the flexibility to pivot quickly in a rapidly changing, highly collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional public speaking skills with demonstrated experience presenting to both small executive boards and large auditoriums.

As our offerings expand, you will amplify our customers voices to optimally align the trajectory of our tools and approach. Furthermore, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. As such, you must be adept at building relationships, managing sales pipelines, recognizing market risks, developing solutions, and closing sales.
Your activities will include technical discussions covering configurations, integrations, security, and compliance. US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Build strategies and programs to support the EDU sales team in their pursuit of unlocking revenue through premium Workspace for Education offerings.
- Collaborate with K-12 solution sellers to identify opportunities, advance deals through the pipeline, close sales, gather insights, and help inform our offerings and approach.
- Collaborate with and empower channel partners to advocate for Workspace for Education tools, partner on opportunities, and close agreements.
- Address inquiries from K-12 institutions and work cross-functionally to provide technical or strategic answers. Gather product feedback from customers and share it with internal cross-functional teams.
- Participate in scaled outreach activities, including webinars and events.
