Account Manager, LCS Nordics (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with advertising sales, business development, online media environment, or sales-oriented marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region and industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
  • Subject matter expertise in the App and Gaming sectors.
  • Deep technical knowledge of online marketing strategies, with a focus on managing complex digital ad campaigns.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to build engaging narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Excellent thought leadership skills and executive functioning skills within the digital marketing space.

The regional Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with our major advertising clients and agencies to develop digital solutions that build our clients’ businesses and brands. We are in a unique and exciting position to shape how marketing and business is conducted in the digital age. We generate business growth from across Google’s broad range of solutions, from Google Ad Words, to YouTube, to Mobile, that help our customers connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences and get the most out of the web.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €76000 - €78000 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and the continuous identification of high-impact opportunities.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and a premium sales experience tailored to achieving specific client business KPIs.
  • Manage a high-value portfolio of large accounts, utilizing deep-dive analysis to identify growth drivers, mitigate risks, and execute multi-quarter plans jointly with in-country. Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support marketing discussions and budgets.
