- Experience in customer-facing roles (such as customer experience or sales) working directly with enterprise executives.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in program management and delivering sales, product, and technical customer engagement initiatives at scale.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a variety of enterprise and cloud technology systems.

Responsibilities
- Own the full engagement lifecycle (pre-planning, strategy, delivery, and post-briefing actions) for high-impact executive engagements.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to curate customized agendas, coordinate high-impact speaker delivery, and align briefing experiences directly to customer business outcomes.
- Drive agreement velocity and pipeline expansion by showcasing Google Cloud’s cutting-edge AI and data solutions to C-level buyers.
- Establish and lead the APAC Center of Excellence (CoE) for engagement management, driving global playbooks, governance standards, and operational efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and enable regional managers and executives on delivering a consistent, high-quality, and executive-ready experience that reinforces brand credibility.
