About the job

As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Specialist, you will drive precision fabrication while advocating modern manufacturing processes. You will manage multifaceted engineering challenges, from prototyping novel robotic mechanisms in lab settings to refining them for real-world validation. Working alongside research, mechanical, and electrical engineers, you will solve complex technical bottlenecks, lead DFM reviews, and pioneer manufacturing tools.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $151,000 - $218,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, and EDM to produce complex, micron-tolerance parts.
  • Architect custom fixturing, workholding, and standardized inspection plans for high-mix prototype components.
  • Adopt and deploy next-generation CAM automation, in-process metrology, and advanced digital shop tooling.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on fabrication challenges, material behaviors, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing requirements.
