Strategy and Operations Manager, UKI GTM

  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with data sets and analytical tools and extracting insights from data.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across all levels of an organization.

Go-To-Market is the global team that makes sure Google's complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly. Experts in strategy, process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. They develop global initiatives and set high-level goals to improve productivity.

The Go-To-Market organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and supports UKI leadership in setting and executing against the UKI business strategy. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Business partner supporting strategic customer priorities for the UKI business.
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships/coordination, ensuring business success and operational efficiency.
  • Assume leadership and day-to-day responsibility for key high-profile projects linked to the UKI plan and our strategic priorities.
  • Drive best-practice sharing across teams.
