Creator Sales Specialist (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience closing agreements and meeting business goals with key brands, agencies, and partners.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with YouTube and video landscape expertise.
  • Experience tracking business metrics, analyzing performance trends, documenting client success stories, and reporting strategy effectiveness against regional business goals.
  • Knowledge of creator business generation strategies, including designing, packaging, and commercializing influencer programs, sponsorships, and high-profile events.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across internal teams (Sales, Product Specialists, Creator Partnerships, Insights, and Creative) to develop pitch decks, objection-handling resources, and external narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for translating complex data and ecosystem mechanics into compelling, highly persuasive sales stories.

As a Creator Sales Specialist, you will drive business and volume growth for YouTube influencer marketing programs across your assigned region. In this role, you will build a sales pipeline and partner directly with brand advertisers co-pitching high-impact creator brand deals alongside sales teams to secure strategic marketing investments.

You will guide the creator ads strategy, develop industry best practices, and partner with teams internally to drive understanding of the creator opportunity across your sector. Your deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem and social video landscape, combined with your mindset, will shape how our existing and future creator products are deployed for maximum impact. You will bring a passion for building long-term creator strategies that inspire and motivate both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer marketing pitches in partnership with sales teams, clients, and media agencies to drive commercial expansion and meet regional business goals through customized client solutions.
  • Monitor the latest creator trends, video best practices, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on product opportunities within the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Insights, Creative Works, Product Specialists, and Creator Partnerships to develop internal communications, external narratives, pitch decks, and evolve commercial and measurement offerings.
  • Analyze Boost ads business performance metrics, actively identifying market trends, and reporting on strategy effectiveness to ensure the achievement of targeted sales outcomes across the territory.
  • Document critical feedback, strategic learnings, and client success stories to report the business impact of Influencer Marketing strategies and effectively nurture the ongoing regional strategy and action plans.
