Strategy and Operations Lead, gtech Ads

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis, and in generating data-driven insights.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex programs and projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills (e.g., Python scripting, working with LLM APIs, prompting frameworks, or building customized AI agents/assistants).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across the entire Ad products stack. We help the customers get the most out of the Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our top customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide.

The gTech Strategy and Operations organization ensures gTech’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. In this role, you are instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to VPs and Directors: Align operational execution with the long-term goal of gTech Ads.
  • Business Operations and Strategic Planning: Drive operational excellence through the management of global business operations, including strategic annual business planning, OKR setting, and tracking.
  • Drive critical strategic and operational projects: Establish comprehensive work drivers, demand forecasts and performance management best practices.
  • Act as the Go-To-Market (GTM) lead to global GTM teams, driving and coordinating gTech operations, strategic metrics, and high-level insight.
  • Identify and drive global analyses and in-depth search for projects. Plan and execute various efficiency-driving initiatives for multiple senior stakeholders while partnering across teams to execute on recommendations.
