Regional Program Manager, Global Network Acquisition

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management specifically within network infrastructure, telecommunications, or data center environments.
  • Experience in commercial operations, including managing agreement governance, agreement approval workflows, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM/Commercial platforms to automate agreement tracking, manage regional KPIs, and provide data-driven insights for executive reviews.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.

As Regional Program Manager, you will define the governance frameworks and operational rhythms that drive our strategic roadmap across the region. In this role, you will bridge cross-functional teams, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and partner with executive leadership to translate complex strategic goals into rapid, measurable execution.

Leveraging structured program management methodologies, you will ensure seamless cross-team alignment, enhance operational agility, and accelerate the delivery of business-critical transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary lead structuring and facilitating key regional operational cadences, including regional business reviews, agreement governance (plan/agreement approvals), and quarterly town halls.
  • Establish structured operational frameworks bridging commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders to drive joint accountability across major initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end program roadmaps, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvements to boost regional agility and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain full portfolio visibility tracking milestones, budgets, action plans, and KPIs to ensure strategic targets stay on schedule.
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to steer agreement approvals and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring critical timelines are met.
