Product Account Executive, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in sales, digital advertising, business development, or digital marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with video, social, or other digital advertising in online branding or marketing.
  • Experience with video growth and planning; partnering with clients on long-term advertising strategies (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, or demonstrating products).
  • Experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership level by building strong relationships.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline business or development workflows.
  • Demonstrated analytical sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally.

About the job

As a Product Account Executive focusing on Video, Social, and Brand Relationships, you will support and grow our Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization, and manage relationships with Canada's largest advertisers. You will serve as their advocate while collaborating with other sales teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of marketing solutions. You will also work cross-functionally to help develop scalable, cross-platform advertising solutions around YouTube and video. You'll act as a consultant, guiding clients on how to best leverage Google's video solutions to achieve their marketing goals, from increasing brand awareness to building deeper connections with their target audience. This includes crafting compelling narratives around Google's value proposition and demonstrating ROI for our clients.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Canada: $172000 - $176000 (CAD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by collaborating cross-functionally with key client partners to execute joint business plans, up-front planning, and incentive programs that accelerate business and profitable growth.
  • Translate exclusive industry data and market trends into actionable strategies, proactively solving complex business challenges to give clients an engaged edge.
  • Build high-level relationships as a trusted advisor, navigating complex agency and client dynamics to optimize video and brand performance.
  • Craft and execute end-to-end media strategies, aligning channel planning, creative tactics, and measurement frameworks directly with client outcomes.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, delivering accurate performance forecasts while continuously identifying new, transformative growth opportunities.
