Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
- 3 years of experience in site coding using HTML and CSS, scripting languages like Python or JavaScript or intermediate SQL.
- Experience in digital advertising platform, measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools, or the implementing and troubleshooting of Tags.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with API setup and architecture.
- Experience in website maintenance.
- Experience in advanced measurement solutions like Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementally.
- Experience with advanced Content Management System (CMS) configurations and platform optimizations.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent data-driven problem solving, relationship building, and communication skills.
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
As a Center of Excellence within the gTech Ads Solution Team, our mission is to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve strategic business outcomes through data-driven measurement.
In this specific team we partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and track performance against key indicators. Our ultimate goal is to enable clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.

Responsibilities
- Help to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer and partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
- Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
- Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
- Help expand existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance.
- Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders (as needed).
