Video Sales Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract) (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
  • 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
  • 5 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working within local or global brands (and their media agencies).
  • Experience with reach based selling.
  • Knowledge of the AV/TV and digital Video landscape.
  • Ability to develop and grow executive-level relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent commercial skills.

As a Video Sales Specialist at Google in Central Eastern Europe you will be a key driver of business growth by ensuring our clients invest in our upper funnel (premium and scaled) solutions, and measure success according to their business objectives. You will be at the forefront of an evolving landscape with exciting product developments, solving the deepest challenges and sharing your insights with the video/search advertiser ecosystem. You will be working alongside a team of industry leading experts and thought leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Video strategy and execution across key CEE markets, driving deep focus on branding budget investments for the regions's most sophisticated advertisers.
  • Drive YouTube Reach and Frequency strategy by ensuring that the right customers across CEE adopt Reach and Frequency guidelines aligned with our recommendations, create holistic and innovative strategy and execution plans aligned to client business objectives.
  • Deliver transformational customer work on Google’s largest customers to help grow their media investments across Display and Video by proving the effectiveness of Google Media.
  • Develop the ecosystem by leading external training, events and publications in selected topic areas, such as the holistic approaches to Return on Investment (ROI) and measurement.
  • Represent Google's perspective on video performance to Google's largest clients in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
