Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Measurement or related experience in mid-market, small business, agency, acquisitions, onboarding, channel, or app development sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple global projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships, manage and influence senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex messages, data sets/signals and insights into executive-ready communications.
- Distinctive program management, problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with strong business judgment.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
In this role, you will design and lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. This includes analyzing the needs of our advertisers and the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) salesforce, strategizing and rolling out solutions, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and clearly communicating goals/results to executive leadership. You will have a mandate to build/enhance programs to help our advertisers, and the freedom to define the specific actions, you will take to accomplish this goal. You will have exposure and visibility to executives and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment and excitement for strategic initiatives.
US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy and owning the roadmap for one or more measurement implementation programs and ensuring that they are fully integrated into the larger rhythm of business.
- Serve as enablers of the broader Implementation ecosystem by providing thought partnership and problem-solving energy to partner teams within gTech Ads and GCS.
- Evaluate the impact of programs and deriving insights by structuring and executing analyses involving multiple sources of data.
- Prepare and deliver executive comms on program status and impact.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with cross-functional partners around the globe.
