Technical Solutions Engineer, Google Health

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience in software engineering, with a focus on server-side programming and server management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile application development across Android or iOS.
  • Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
  • Experience in systems engineering (e.g., systems integration, systems testing).

The Health Platforms and Devices team builds innovative products and services that help our users live longer, healthier lives. We bring together the best of Google technologies and AI, health behavior science, and user-centered design to help users organize the health and wellness data, get insight from it, and take action toward their health goals. We do this with a suite of apps, services, and health wearables. We aim to make consumer health more personal, proactive, and actionable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support by changing and managing system configurations, diagnosing and fixing issues, and providing post-installation and integration support.
  • Create and review process and design documentation, including work guidelines, specifications, and technical engineering documentation.
  • Coordinate with partners to understand and analyze business specifications, recommend integration solutions, and resolve issues.
  • Identify systemic trends across developer ecosystems and influence product and engineering decisions.
