Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in consumer product management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and marketing to deliver platform features with data-driven prioritization.
- Experience building or managing internal-facing platforms, campaign management tools, or enterprise applications.
- Experience automating manual workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience balancing growth and efficiency within a large-scale consumer or platform environment.
- Experience launching UI features.
- Familiarity with campaign planning, creation, and measurement methodologies.
- Familiarity with evolving from rule-based to ML-driven decisions.
- Experience migrating internal users to a next generation product solution.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Growth Platform campaign management roadmap to streamline campaign creation and management, enabling YouTube teams to launch campaigns at scale
- Partner with engineering, UX, and marketing to build features that accelerate campaign launch velocity and onboard use cases.
- Work closely with entire growth platform team and vertical growth PMs to ensure tooling supports a myriad of growth use cases across the platform.
- Execute the roadmap for measuring campaign outcomes and educate users on best practices for campaign success.
- Explore how generative AI can be leveraged to reimagine campaign ideation and iteration within the growth ecosystem.
