About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas, as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

In this role, you will work in direct partnership with the Korea Country Manager, Korea Business Leadership team, and GCKR/APAC Go-To-Market leadership to drive strategic planning and operational execution. You will lead a portfolio of central strategic initiatives critical to the future growth of Google’s business in Korea. Operating at the intersection of strategy and operations, you are responsible for distilling complex business inputs into concrete, executable strategic pillars, crafting high-stakes executive narratives for regional and global leadership forums, and accelerating cross-functional delivery. While anchored in Korea, you will actively collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders and GCKR/APAC GTM teams to align regional priorities. You navigate organizational complexity, exercising judgment, and flexing seamlessly between high-level strategic design and deep operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Form Korea market strategy in direct partnership with the Korea Country Manager. Collaborate across KR cross-functional and GCKR/APAC GTM teams to establish strategic/executional plans and drive high-velocity cross-border initiatives.
  • Architect high-stakes executive narratives and business reviews for leadership forums, translating complex performance data into clear strategic priorities.
  • Ensure the right LCS organizational setup and portfolio resource allocation across teams, establishing processes to keep teams on track within allocations.
  • Establish and run ongoing Korea business cadences (leadership staff meetings and reviews) to give leadership full visibility into governance and execution.
  • Analyze key business drivers, engaging landscape, and product/commercial trends to bring senior sales stakeholders insights to manage critical challenges.
