Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- 7 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with statistical analysis, A/B testing, and SQL.
- Experience interpreting advanced measurement metrics, including incrementality and media mix models.
- Experience working with digital advertising platforms and analyzing the competitive landscape.
- Experience managing major work streams or business transformations.
- Experience identifying process gaps and implementing standard operating procedures.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Responsibilities
- Be the central point of contact for clients for scaled implementation and execution for all Google measurement products.
- Assess client measurement needs, identify gaps in their current strategies, and implement effective solutions.
- Design and execute various measurement tests and studies, such as A/B experiments, Brand Lift Studies, and Incrementality studies, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive Industrialisation work to unlock super-scale, this includes initiatives to componentize and templatize complex measurement workflows (e.g., Causal Impact, Incrementality), leveraging AI prompts, automation (Apps Script/SQL), and cross-functional partnerships to reduce turnaround times and improve test yield.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams, and ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
