Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or an analytical role.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to design, execute, and implement complex strategic and operational initiatives that solve business problems.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience designing and managing data/BI roadmaps, metric dashboards, and automated reporting infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to structure ambiguous analyses and deliver clear story lines through executive-level communications and data visualizations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to Vice Presidents (VPs) and Directors to align operational execution with the long-term direction of Google Technical Services (gTech). Act as the Go-To-Market (GTM) lead to global GTM teams, driving and coordinating gTech operations, strategic metrics, and high-level insights.
- Own and lead the BI roadmap for gTech Ads Vertical teams, ensuring robust infrastructure, metric dashboards and business intelligence. Partner with regional and vertical Strategy and BizOps teams to deliver comprehensive business reviews and insights.
- Identify, scope, and lead complex global analyses and deep-dive projects to uncover business trends and operational efficiencies.Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-regional teams to execute on strategic recommendations and track implementation impact.
- Identify systemic operational bottlenecks within gTech workflows. Design, deploy, and scale applied AI solutions to reinvent workflows, drive automation, and optimize resource efficiency.
