Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, legal/licensing operations, or technical sales, or 8 years with advanced degree.
- Experience identifying, developing, and negotiating scaled partnership strategies.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing a large, scaled portfolio of partners into a successful joint go-to-market motion.
- Experience with financial analysis supporting cloud or data solutions.
- Experience driving business initiatives and aligning with cross-functional leadership.
- Extensive experience leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, partnership-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience building consensus and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Manage a scaled portfolio of deals and partnerships engagements with National Media News publishers, executing contract structures and working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business development teams to drive impact.
- Execute business development life-cycles requiring technical knowledge of distribution architecture, content frameworks, and linear-to-digital streaming rights across a high volume of partners.
- Drive targeted partnership strategies with the objective of optimizing content acquisition and accelerating adoption of Google products, structuring multi-product partnerships.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key external partner executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and unblock negotiations.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Strategic Partnerships Development Managers, driving a culture of collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking.
