YouTube Partner Operations Manager (Multiple Languages)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical customer and product issues.
  • 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs, engaging with external executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Arabic, French and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and managing engaged, time-sensitive priorities with minimal guidance.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and articulate complex topics clearly to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize technical data, diagnose root causes, and recommend impactful product and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated history of proactive problem-solving, driving innovation, and scaling operational initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management skills paired with high attention to detail and independent execution.
  • Strong aptitude for rapidly understanding complex digital products, system logic, and underlying architectures.

The Creator Success Operations team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for YouTube's valued partners and creators. Comprising Partner Operations and High Touch Support, the team consistently prioritizes partner and creator needs. Whether resolving complex issues, providing comprehensive platform education, or facilitating channel growth, we advocate a Creator-centric approach.

As a Partner Operations Manager, you will provide YouTube support to major partners in EMEA (e.g., Music Labels, Media Companies, independent creators, etc). You will become a YouTube product expert, solve the day-to-day issues of our partners, troubleshoot technical problems, and identify common trends that our partners face. You will also be responsible for advocating on behalf of our partners to cross-functional teams to drive product solutions, development of tools and process improvements that enhance internal operations, and improvements to the partner experience on YouTube. You will work closely with other partner-facing teams to provide value-add services to help increase partner happiness and growth. You will also have the opportunity to specialize in high-impact product areas (e.g., Content ID, Creator Shopping, Music) as a Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with technical product areas to drive long-term product health and supportability.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch operational support via email, troubleshooting complex technical issues to help YouTube partners optimize platform performance.
  • Partner with internal teams, Partner Managers, and Partner Engineers to conduct account deep-dives, share actionable insights, and accelerate partner growth.
  • Drive operational scalability by conducting root causes analyses, eliminating workflow bottlenecks, and improving team-wide process efficiency.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate partner health, identify recurring trends, and guide strategic operational decisions.
  • Develop deep YouTube product expertise, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical bugs, document case studies, and reduce consult volumes.
