Strategic Partner Development Senior Associate, YouTube (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing creator partnerships, including tracking performance metrics, forecasting business outcomes, and maintaining positive partner perception.
  • Working knowledge of regional digital content trends paired with a solid understanding of Google’s partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to plan and execute prioritized projects within timelines, utilizing structured methodologies and social media/brand strategy insights.
  • Ability to resolve complex partner issues, advocate for account needs, and utilize strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven success working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver successful initiatives.

About the job

As a part of the Strategic Partnerships Development Manager in Spain, you will cultivate and manage high-impact partnerships, specifically focusing on creators and creator third-parties. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships with key industry partners, consulting partners on their YouTube strategy, and meticulously tracking their impact to drive both our mutual success.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in relationship building, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, contribute to the strategic development of YouTube's partnerships in Spain. You will grow in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of Google's internal processes and products. Spain: €74000 - €76000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive business goals for Spanish creators by providing strategic guidance, business planning, and tailored content strategies.
  • Accelerate product feature optimization and secure key content assets through strategic agreements and priority market activations.
  • Build a network of local platform advocates using YouTube marketing channels, events, and unique cross-Google opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end partner escalations, educating accounts on policy/copyright decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain hygiene.
  • Lead partner pilots and beta tests to inform future roadmaps while actively contributing to internal cross-functional teamwork.
