Minimum qualifications:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc kỹ thuật sản xuất, đồng thời có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất sản phẩm điện tử gia dụng hoặc thiết bị di động.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm, Nhóm Điện thoại Pixel hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương
- Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điện tử tiêu dùng và phát triển điện thoại, vận chuyển số lượng lớn và sản phẩm chất lượng.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bằng thạc sĩ ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát hoạt động cải thiện tỷ lệ sản phẩm đạt chuẩn và rút ngắn chu kỳ sản xuất cho các linh kiện sản xuất số lượng lớn.
- Kinh nghiệm ngăn chặn vấn đề suy giảm chất lượng ngay từ giai đoạn đầu của quá trình sản xuất, triển khai quy trình báo cáo vấn đề chất lượng lên cấp trên và liên tục cải tiến sản phẩm cùng các đối tác.

Responsibilities
- Xác định, thực hiện các hoạt động thu thập dữ liệu về các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Điều phối thiết kế quy trình, tối ưu hoá và đánh giá quy trình sản xuất cho một linh kiện, bộ phận hoặc sản phẩm.
- Thúc đẩy thiết kế thí nghiệm, thu thập dữ liệu kiểm soát quy trình thống kê nhằm đánh giá, thẩm định và xác minh chất lượng sản xuất.
- Quản lý, xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng tại nhà máy, bao gồm phân tích lỗi, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và triển khai biện pháp khắc phục dựa trên kết quả kiểm tra, thử nghiệm độ tin cậy, tỷ lệ đạt chuẩn, khiếu nại khách hàng, lỗi thực tế trong giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm mới.
