Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations, or consulting role.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience in consumer internet and media industries.
  • Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations.

About the job

The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem.

The core capabilities of the team include: designing go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.

As a Product Activation Incentives Program Manager, you will lead the global operationalization of YouTube’s product activation incentives system for frontline strategic partner managers. You will drive program health by synthesizing feedback from regional surveys and bug reports into focused design improvements, ensuring the system effectively supports the growth of the creator ecosystem.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the advocate of YouTube’s product activation incentives system with strategic partner managers, leading First day of business (FDOB) training and addressing questions and escalations throughout the quarter.
  • Synthesize feedback received in regional sentiment surveys, bugs, and other sources into focused improvement areas for design, pricing, targets, etc.
  • Create structured, polished presentations for partnerships and GTM leadership.
  • Manage timelines, goals, and objectives for key workstreams, executing in partnership with Segment and regional GTM teams.
  • Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
