Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise program management, partnerships, enterprise cloud sales, corporate development, or management consulting within SaaS, Cloud Hyperscalers or AI companies.
  • Experience leading the execution, delivery, and governance of technology programs or ecosystem strategies.
  • Experience operating and delivering initiatives within a global model.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bring deep experience in enterprise cloud sales, partner co-selling, and navigating complex enterprise cloud GTM motions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, CE, sales, and marketing in fast-paced, evolving cloud environments.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, high-impact business value propositions that demonstrate real-world partner success.
  • Successfully align, enable, and co-sell within scaled partner ecosystems, digital marketplaces, and long-tail partner communities.
  • Utilize a strong bias for frontier models and agentic capabilities to optimize partner metrics and pipeline velocity.
  • Leverage exceptional presentation and communication skills to influence executive C-level stakeholders and global leadership teams.

About the job

As a Practice Lead on the Global Scaled Partner Programs team, your focus will be to help partners build highly successful and growing businesses within our Cloud Infrastructure practice area on Google Cloud. You will achieve this by aligning and enabling our global partner ecosystem, executing scalable programs that accelerate partner and customer success, and working closely with our product, field sales, and regional partner teams.

In this role, you will translate global sales strategies into practical, global partner programs designed to accelerate customer success. By deeply understanding different industries and customer needs, you will partner with our Partner Customer Engineering (Partner CE), Program Management, Partner Marketing and product teams to design programs that address both the business and technical dimensions of partner practice execution.

This role requires deep subject matter expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, global partner ecosystems and enterprise sales along with strong executive presentation skills, and the ability to turn complex market trends and data into clear, actionable recommendations for our product, sales, and leadership teams.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $211000 - $294000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our AI practice, maintaining a deep understanding of technical trends, product direction, and competitor landscapes to guide overall partner strategy.
  • Translate global GTM sales motions into automated, low-touch program frameworks and self-service enablement engines designed to address key industry challenges and partner needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Partner CE, product, and regional teams to design scalable programs that provide the technical depth and business execution AI service partners need to build sustainable practices.
  • Identify and own global programs that enable partners to generate new sales pipelines, accelerate sales cycles, and drive faster, more successful customer deployments.
  • Establish analytical frameworks to measure program health and pipeline impact, delivering polished, structured performance updates and presentations to senior global and regional leadership.
