Agentic Workplace Transformation Practice Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience with technical or Go-To-Market (GTM) planning for a Cloud business in a customer-facing, business, or support role.
  • Experience with delivering Go-To-Market motions and managing regional pipelines through programmatic campaigns.
  • Experience with managing a Go-To-Market Agentic offering or promoting in APAC.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and navigating organizational issues across APAC.
  • Experience in building mechanisms to deliver offerings through field sellers and partner networks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with promoting Agentic Offerings, Google Cloud or Google Workspace products, or a related product.
  • Experience with presenting to executive leadership externally and internally.
  • Knowledge of the generative AI and agentic technology landscape, including with market offerings.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies and methodologies in the Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Cloud space.
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries and import or export ideas to achieve regional and global goals.
  • Excellent content creation and narrative development skills, with the ability to translate AI concepts into compelling business value propositions.

About the job

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice organization, as part of the Customer Experience organization, is the central global team that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. The Regional GTM Practice is the execution unit responsible for activating the field against major market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate growth, and enabling the Go-To-Market organization to deliver on our financial plan.

As the Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) Practice Lead for Asia-Pacific (APAC), you will be at the forefront of this shift, driving the regional strategy to combine the power of Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace. You will define the mechanisms that empower field promoters and the partner ecosystem to drive the Google Cloud Agentic offer across all customer segments.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement programmatic mechanisms to activate segments across APAC, scaling reach for the Google Cloud agentic offer.
  • Enable field promoters and partners to drive AWT business plays across all customer segments, ensuring alignment with the Google Artificial Intelligence (AI) value proposition.
  • Lead regional application of the AWT Specialty plan across Business, Enablement, Marketing, Partners, and Product to ensure market entry.
  • Guide customers toward agentic workflows that break down silos, while optimizing sellers conversations to realize core value.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for scaled plays, conducting business reviews to provide insights and refine GTM plans with global practice leads.
