Minimum qualifications:
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý Hệ thống Chương trình Kỹ thuật cho dòng điện thoại Pixel hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành và lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án với các đội ngũ kỹ thuật đa chức năng.
Preferred qualifications:
- Có bằng Thạc sĩ Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc bằng Thạc sĩ trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có 10 năm kinh nghiệm trực tiếp làm việc và quản lý các đối tác Nhà sản xuất Thiết bị gốc (OEM) quốc tế.
- Có thành tích, kinh nghiệm làm việc đã được ghi nhận trong việc quản lý đội ngũ đa chức năng nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu sản phẩm mới, bao gồm chất lượng, tỷ lệ đạt chuẩn và chi phí.
- Có khả năng đi công tác tối đa 30% thời gian làm việc.

Responsibilities
- Quản lý vận hành các dự án lớn từ giai đoạn sản xuất thử đến tăng sản lượng, xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong suốt vòng đời sản phẩm.
- Dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ sư liên chức năng (sản xuất, thiết kế, kiểm thử, chất lượng, quản lý nhà cung cấp...) trong việc phát triển và triển khai sản phẩm mới.
- Đánh giá mức độ sẵn sàng của dự án; quản lý các thay đổi, rủi ro kỹ thuật; bảo đảm quá trình tăng sản lượng đạt chất lượng.
- Rà soát, phê duyệt kế hoạch nhu cầu thiết bị, đánh giá tính phù hợp của các giải pháp kỹ thuật.
- Thực hiện vai trò cố vấn kỹ thuật cấp cao trong suốt vòng đời sản phẩm.
