Minimum qualifications:

The Mobile App Sales team, AppDev sales team within our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization has big ambitions and global reach. The Same Store Growth team focuses on growing the app developers who lead each market in entertainment, start up companies, and more, through Google App Campaign and other Google properties.


As a Growth Manager for AppDev Sales/Google Ads Mobile App, you'll join a team passionate about accelerating the growth of our existing GCS Apps customers. You'll use expertise in Google Ad products and mobile app marketing to design strategies that directly help our partners acquire new users and engage with existing users. You'll deliver insights, recommend account optimizations, introduce product solutions, and conduct strategic reviews to craft tailored solutions. Occasionally, you'll travel internationally, interact at industry events, and engage in performance-driven discussions with app developers and marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients ensuring they achieve their advertising goals, effectively address their concerns and measure campaign performance to optimize results and drive business growth.
  • Manage the pipeline effectively and develop a strategy for long-­term sustained success.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Form cross-­functional relationships with entire advertising sales teams, Google Play team, and other stakeholders in order to realize advertiser goals.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive Workspace of app products.
