Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of market dynamics and organizational goals, with a proven track record of identifying high-value growth drivers and executing revenue-generating strategies.
  • Track record of managing a high-volume of accounts, balancing short-term sales execution with long-term relationship building.
  • Ability to grow in fast-paced environments where ownership of results is the primary driver of success.
  • Demonstrated self-management skills, including the ability to independently prioritize tasks, navigate ambiguity, and make data-backed decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to navigate Google tools to turn data into insight and sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a quarterly portfolio of 120+ clients, independently prioritizing accounts based on growth potential to ensure quarterly target achievement.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients virtually and/or face to face by meeting with multiple clients on a daily basis and developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals including but not limited to quarterly revenue and productivity targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers with speed and precision.
  • Act as the primary owner of your business metrics, identifying and overcoming obstacles and managing your pipeline.
