- 10 years of experience in a consulting role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact in this client/customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
- Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
- Experience as a design thinker with a proven ability to manage complex workflow mapping and reinvent traditional operating models.
- Product management background or consulting background.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology challenges, collaborating with sales to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions, empower customers to understand their cloud usage through visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs, validating recommendations and tracking success.
- Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs, facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
- Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring success through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
- Conduct user research and persona-based interviews to uncover unarticulated needs and identify systemic opportunities for business change, leverage design thinking tools to facilitate high-impact workshops, help customers reframe complex challenges and prioritize transformative ideas.
