- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in creative technology, prototyping, or a related hybrid technical-creative role.
- A portfolio of creative, technical work showcasing experience in building innovative apps or user experiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar technical field.
- 5 years of experience with Android development, coding, or deep experience with vibe coding or generative AI platforms.
- 3 years of experience in product or marketing roles.
- Proven ability to work with ambiguity and learn new technologies in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to directly create social and video educational content.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
About the job
As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. Above all, you will inspire and lead by example by making the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative, consistent with the Google Marketing brand, and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward.
You will be responsible for building groundbreaking demos and educational content that showcases innovation on the Android ecosystem. You will use the latest AI models and technologies to show what can be built on devices and how it can be done with new agentic coding tools. Your work will inspire the next generation of builders to create for Android.
You will have a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of what makes an experience visually compelling and emotionally resonant in thumb stopping formats across social and digital experiences. You will require the ability to work cross-functionally to understand and influence product direction and maintain a resilient, flexible mindset to grow amidst the issues of a fluid technology.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Develop functional, polished demos for product launches and tentpole moments like Google I/O that clearly demonstrate the value and capabilities of the Android ecosystem.
- Create social and video content that both educates and inspires both experienced developers and the next generation of builders on Android.
- Engage with the Android developers online and in person to gather feedback to shape our narratives and communication strategies.
- Work closely with product and developer relations teams to test new Android platform capabilities and new AI models to prototype innovative new demos.
- Research and experiment with the latest agentic coding tools to have an informed opinion on engaged solutions and how our tools and capabilities can improve.
