Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Developed understanding of the app marketers and app ecosystem.
  • Proactive, organized and responsible, with a proven ability to work well in a team.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.

The AppDev Sales team has big ambitions and global reach. You will engage deeply with sophisticated mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google’s position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install. As an AppDev Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile app developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of your book of business from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the customer business objectives. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their businesses by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement. In this position, you will proactively reach out to both new and existing clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €112000 - €115000 (EUR) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing app clients. Deeply understand their business goals and unique challenges.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client portfolio. Prioritize accounts, address concerns, and measure campaign results effectively.
  • Consult with C-level executives to help them achieve their domestic and global marketing objectives using Google's app advertising tools.
  • Deliver exceptional client service. Create tailored app marketing strategies that ensure long-term client success.
  • Collaborate within C LCS stakeholders to achieve common goals.
