Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process including setting and adjusting search strategy, working with internal or external research teams, and supporting applicants through the interview and offer process.
  • 8 years of experience in hiring executives (e.g., VP+ talent).
  • 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search firm environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting executive level Engineering talent from top industry players.
  • Experience running executive searches full life-cycle as well as with leverage from a Research partner.
  • Experience collaborating with hiring partners to deliver processes and hiring outcomes.
  • Experience with executive compensation negotiations.

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to define and acquire senior technical talent and organizational leaders, addressing attrition and structural gaps to enable growth and long-term business strategy.
  • Execute proactive, research-driven search strategies across global networks and resources to identify, engage, and recruit technical executive candidates.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering consistent communication, strategic alignment, and exceptional service to internal business partners.
  • Conduct rigorous assessments, developing deep insights into leadership styles, professional backgrounds, and technical fit for critical executive roles.
  • Serve as a domain talent expert, offering competitive market assessments, organizational health insights, and tailored talent solutions to achieve business objectives.
