Minimum qualifications:

About the job

As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the GTM strategy to help customers succeed and drive Google’s growth by meeting business growth and product adoption goals. You will work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams and external customers (advertisers and agencies) to identify, understand, and address their business challenges, leveraging cross-functional partnerships to deliver on goals.

In this role, you will primarily support the Sales team in growing customers through strategic narratives and product adoption that drive positive, sustainable growth and relationship outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute performance strategies for priority clients, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into broader customer business plans.
  • Meet business growth goals by optimizing the adoption and usage of AI-powered solutions across the customer portfolio.
  • Act as a Google domain expert and point of contact, especially as a product expert in AI Powered Performance solutions. Develop, drive, and renew partnerships across the organization from account teams to C-level stakeholders. Leverage industry and product expertise to scope client challenges, prioritize features, and resolve issues through consulting and resource coordination.
  • Bridge the gap between regional/global product teams and the local market; roll out exceptional features while using advertiser feedback to shape future product road maps.
  • Partner with Sales, Tech, and other cross-functional teams to design and deploy customized, solutions tailored to specific client needs.
