About the job

We are the strategic and operational engine for the Consumer Apps Marketing (CAM) organization. Our central Strategy and Operations (S&O) team partners with leaders across a vast portfolio from frontier AI initiatives like the Gemini App to billion-user products like Google Search and Maps. As an agile, entrepreneurial team, we drive core strategy, scaled operations, research, executive communications, and analytics for our priority AI initiatives. Our mission is to architect the strategic frameworks and scalable infrastructure that enable leads to run and scale their teams successfully.

As the Program Management Lead for AI and Gemini App Marketing, you will be the operational engine connecting product strategy to seamless execution. Your objective is to equip marketers with tools and processes to move with greater velocity, landing high-stakes launches and a consistent marketing drumbeat. You will lead a team to design automated GTM templates and processes across two key areas. You will launch tracking, early access, and enablement to extend our AI narrative across Google’s product areas (e.g., cloud, search, photos, etc.). You will be tying strategy to execution across social, campaigns, and partnerships for the Gemini App and developer audiences. You are a strategic thought partner to leadership, managing complex projects with tight deadlines. You must be problem-solving, entrepreneurial, and a passionate advocate when it comes to using AI to increase productivity and velocity. Success requires learning new context and building cross-functional relationships to produce results in highly ambiguous environments.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$294,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
