Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to speak and write in English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluently to support the client management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing and advertising, account management, with a track record of meeting revenue targets and driving client growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze client needs, leverage data/spreadsheets for insights, and build impactful proposals.
  • Excellent project management skills to balance multiple priorities, manage details, and execute complex workflows.

As an Account Manager, you are the strategic bridge between Google’s advertising ecosystem and our most sophisticated partners.

This role serves as a key driver of Google's advertising revenue growth by focusing heavily on customer success and strategic relationship management. You will be motivated and take initiatives, build and nurture long-lasting client portfolios, fostering trust and rapport through exceptional communication skills. By combining business acumen with an understanding of client business models and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will seamlessly translate customer needs into tailored, winning Google Ads strategies.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies, building relationships to understand their business objectives, identify revenue opportunities, and confidently pitch tailored Google Ads solutions.
  • Deliver the strategic plan for managed accounts, from initial implementation and core hygiene to continuous optimization, troubleshooting, and driving product adoption for long-term client growth.
  • Analyze market trends, internal/external data, and campaign KPIs to deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, while contributing to sales forecasting and risk mitigation.
  • Partner seamlessly with internal Google teams and key stakeholders to develop sales strategies, size market opportunities, and deploy collaborative, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and the specific supported industry.
