Product Manager, Google Global Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience with release and product launches.
  • Experience in driving large scale cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in tooling and software systems.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure planning including Space, Power Capacity Planning.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The Google Global Infrastructure team (GGI) team oversees the physical infrastructure powering and connecting all of Google’s consumer services, AI services, and Cloud services globally. We are responsible for the strategy, operations, technology roadmap, delivery, and optimization for Google’s global footprint of data centers, energy and network infrastructure, across design, power, space, and fleet-wide demand planning.

As a GGI Product manager, you will define strategy, product roadmaps and drive execution alignment for Google Global Infrastructure. You will bring customer and product-centric focus to GGI teams by collaborating with various teams involved in planning, building, delivering, operating and supporting GGI products to our customers and partners.
You will be understanding of the infrastructure market landscape, data centers, energy, network and related technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Build the goal and strategy for Google Global Infrastructure products.
  • Represent GGI and collaborate with partner teams to build cross-functional alignment and roadmaps supporting business needs of GGI and our customers.
  • Work closely with customers to define and refine their journeys and requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to drive highest level of product execution that delivers user needs.
  • Increase awareness, training, education, of GGI products to enable Google businesses to offer services using the infrastructure.
