Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of design systems to support a code-first, AI-assisted future.
  • Architect and maintain multi-platform token pipelines aligned with W3C standards to transform design decisions into consumable code variables. 
  • Design guidelines, prompt recipes, and system metadata that supply AI agents with the necessary skills and context to author compliant code.
  • Build a zero-doc framework where system documentation, rules, and established practices are parsed, updated, and generated by agents reading live component code.
  • Author and maintain high-fidelity React components and CSS, ensuring production components mirror design craftsmanship and brand intent.
