Global Head of Third-Party Measurement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
  • Experience working directly with measurement providers, data agencies, or enterprise SaaS/Cloud platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating horizontally with technical specialists to align partner capabilities with internal Google analytics frameworks.
  • Expert technical understanding of the marketing science landscape, specifically how Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and causal incrementality testing intersect with enterprise advertising needs.
  • Strong general manager mindset with the ability to distill complex technical roadmaps into business-driving GTM strategies for C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing complex, multi-market commercial and technical agreements (JBPs) with global partner headquarters (e.g., Circana, Meridian).

About the job

As the Global Head of 3P Measurement, you will be the lead for Google's global third-party measurement and media effectiveness partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of Measurement Partner Leads and Global 3PE Partner Managers executing our strategy across the partner landscape, while collaborating horizontally with Technical Specialists (including Solution Architects and Integration Engineers) to drive partnership maturity. Your success is measured by the execution of go-to-market (GTM) measurement plans and the adoption of Google's measurement solutions within partner analytics workflows.

You will serve as the primary organizational architect and the operational bridge between global measurement partners, Google's Partnerships (BD) teams, Product Areas (GPS), gTech, and the Sales Organization. You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for BD to translate contractual product relationships and terms into front-line GBO sales activation. You will lead the strategy to align partner HQs on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that ensure Google's measurement and analytics methodologies serve as the foundation for multi-market attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing. In this global leadership capacity, you focus on upstream partner strategy, technical ecosystem architecture, and programmatic scale across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, while coordinating cleanly with regional teams who own local advertiser campaign activation.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing global team of 3PE Partner Managers and Measurement Leads, driving operational excellence and GTM strategy execution.
  • Serve as the Business Development point of contact, leading HQ-level JBP negotiations with global measurement leaders to align subsidies and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with gTech and engineering to drive technical partnership maturity and standardize Google's measurement methodologies across partner workflows.
  • Bridge global partner capabilities with front-line GBO sales, translating contractual terms into scalable regional campaign activation and verifiable advertiser ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to manage the measurement partner pipeline, aligning third-party technical roadmaps with Google's 2027 Global Product Priorities.
