Global Analytical Lead, Auto

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis. 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Experience working in the automotive sector (managing major OEM accounts) or collaborating with global media agency networks (e.g., Omnicom, Nissan United).
  • Experience with measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, and incrementality or lift testing and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data structures, technical constraints, and query updates into clear, strategic narratives for executive sponsors.

As an Analytical Lead (AL) on the Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Data, Measurement and Analytics team (DM&A team), you will be at the forefront of driving measurement maturity, commercial effectiveness, and AI-powered performance strategies for the newly integrated global Nissan account.

You will manage global accounts out of the region where they are headquartered to enable Google to align strategy and execution across global and local markets.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-level business and agency stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical roadmaps and technical execution plans. You will partner closely with the global Industry Head, Global Account Executives, gTech, and local market LCS teams to accelerate Nissan's digital transformation. Your primary goal is to prove the impact and ROI of Google's media solutions against competitors and traditional media, directly driving business growth and unlocking investment.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. US: $124000 - $180000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and execution of the Nissan Global Measurement Plan and Learning Agenda, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
  • Leverage Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality tests to evaluate Search and Video Return on Investment (ROI), collaborating closely with Annalect.
  • Align performance metrics across global markets, bridging the comparability gap between traditional TV and digital media measurement.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered and mid-funnel formats (e.g., PMax, Demand Gen) by designing and executing robust A/B tests and incrementality experiments.
  • Translate complex technical data into clear C-level narratives and scale successful local market pilots globally through workshops and roadshows.
