About the job

At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The OEM Integrations and Secure Element (SE) team sits at the intersection of silicon, mobile hardware, Android platform engineering, and global strategic partnerships. From advancing hardware-backed security architectures, to collaborating on next-gen on-device intelligence, to establishing technical standards and integration frameworks with partners, our team ensures Google Wallet delivers a seamless, high-performance experience whenever a user taps, pays, or accesses the physical world.

As the Product Manager for OEM and Secure Element Integrations, Consumer Payments Experiences (CPX), you will own the product goal, feature roadmap, and partner strategy globally. You will collaborate with engineering, program management, partner engineering, and business development teams, alongside a global ecosystem of device manufacturers, payment networks, transit agencies, and access control partners to transform Google Wallet into a daily utility on billions of devices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year product roadmap to integrate Google Wallet across third-party Android device brands. Align technical requirements and go-to-market strategies to establish Google Wallet as an exceptional experience. Serve as the product and technical authority in partner engagements and industry summits.
  • Collaborate with Android platform, business development, and ecosystem strategy teams to define integration standards, device onboarding flows, shortcuts, and platform capabilities that ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Lead the product roadmap for Secure Element (SE) credentials. Partner with device makers to expand SE use cases and collaborate with payment networks, transit authorities, and access control partners to accelerate adoption.
  • Partner with testing infra teams to build device testing automation and compliance telemetry dashboards, enabling efficient feature validation to ensure optimal real-world tap reliability.
