Minimum qualifications:
- Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư sản phẩm (kiểm soát chất lượng và phát triển nhà cung cấp thiết bị điện tử thông minh) hoặc tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai chuyển đổi sản phẩm mới sang sản xuất số lượng lớn. Có kinh nghiệm về phát triển quy trình sản xuất cơ khí, thiết bị di động, điện tử tiêu dùng.
- Có kinh nghiệm về kiểm tra ngoại quan, thiết kế đồ gá đo lường.
- Có khả năng thảo luận kỹ thuật phức tạp bằng tiếng Anh
Preferred qualifications:
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai quy trình xử lý leo thang chất lượng và cải tiến sản phẩm liên tục với các đối tác gia công theo hợp đồng.
- Có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ các nhóm giải quyết vấn đề liên chức năng thông qua các phương pháp thực tiễn (ví dụ: chỉ số chất lượng, thiết kế thí nghiệm, kiểm soát quá trình bằng thống kê/Six Sigma).
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển quy trình mô-đun, tích hợp các quy trình phát triển, hoàn thiện màn hình hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Responsibilities
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm chức năng và nhà cung cấp để phát triển sản phẩm và đưa ra thị trường hiệu quả.
- Đánh giá, thiết kế, liên tục cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
- Đảm bảo hiệu suất, chất lượng ổn định và đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật sản phẩm.
- Thiết lập và triển khai các kế hoạch kiểm soát chất lượng.
- Kiểm thử độ tin cậy, phân tích lỗi sản phẩm.
- Cung cấp định hướng kỹ thuật cho nhà cung cấp trong giai đoạn giới thiệu sản phẩm mới và sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Phối hợp hiệu quả với các nhóm kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Đánh giá và phát triển các giải pháp công nghệ phù hợp với yêu cầu dự án.
