Partner Sales Manager, Google Workspace

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with partner/channel pipeline development and management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • 6 years of experience in technology related sales or business development working with the public sector or technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience guiding partners or customers through complex IT migrations, enterprise cloud economics, and organizational change management.
  • Familiarity with the Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) framework, including AI agent platforms, Gemini Enterprise, and no-code/low-code workflow automation .
  • Track record of partnership management with solutions providers, system integrators (SIs), or global system integrators (GSIs) in Mexico or LATAM.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver. You will educate our partners on the power of Google Cloud and enable them to be successful in driving innovation to our customers.

As a Partner Sales Manager (PSM) for Google Workspace based in Mexico City, you will drive the expansion and execution of our Agentic Workplace Transformation strategy across Mexico with partners. In this role, you will help our key reseller, service, and systems integrator partners deepen their practices, moving beyond traditional productivity tools into the "Agentic Era" .

You will empower partners to sell and deploy Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace, enabling customers to build, govern, and orchestrate autonomous AI agents that automate complex, cross-app workflows. You will closely collaborate with local Google Cloud sales teams to progress opportunities, align partner capabilities to customer needs, and exceed partner-sourced bookings goals.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem (resellers, regional systems integrators (SIs)) in Mexico . Align partners to customers based on capability and capacity to progress critical opportunities .
  • Collaborate closely with Google Cloud Mexico’s field sales teams to build pipeline, accelerate co-sell activity, and exceed bookings and goals through new customer acquisition and expansions .
  • Empower partners to establish dedicated Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) consulting practices . Enable them to build custom IP, service offerings, and integrations around Gemini Enterprise and Workspace. Guide them in delivering end-to-end transformation programs: from AI maturity assessments and custom agent PoCs to security governance and change management.
  • Partner with SIs and resellers to drive deep consumption of Gemini Enterprise that maximizes their incentives.
  • Drive local activation of the partner ecosystem tailored to the Mexican market's unique regulatory, economic, and industry needs .
