Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- Experience with developing AI-powered products and solutions.
- Experience with CRMs/tools.

The Global Partnerships (GP) Studio team’s mission is to empower global partnerships to enhance the health of partnerships and land agreements more efficiently. As the Product Manager, you will be the co-owner of the internal CRM powering Google Play’s partnerships business. You’ll drive product strategy and identify AI-driven opportunities to optimize workflows and scale impact. You will be collaborating with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders as well as peers on the GP Studio team. You will be ensuring alignment through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), roadmap planning discussions, and success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Act as an owner on internal tools and solutions for the Global Partnerships team, size and identify opportunities, improve business outcomes and user experience.
- Own delivery of new and evolved features on the tools roadmap, including setting milestones, incorporating product design, driving user research and testing and incorporating findings back into the tool, partnering cross-functionally to achieve support, while ensuring overall tool maintenance and health.
- Partner with the business to ensure successful launches, identify the right success metrics for tools, and track performance against those metrics.
- Own the relationship with the business, working with stakeholders to align and prioritize roadmap and feature requests based on business impact, driving cadence with QBRs, tools adoption metrics, etc.
