Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 5 years of experience in business strategy, operations, analytics, program management, or management consulting.
- Experience with SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience working with Education.
- Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams to deploy AI/ML models or automated systems for sales/marketing.

Google for Education helps schools and institutions transform teaching and learning through the use of Google’s technology, including Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, and Gemini. As part of the Education Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team, you will oversee and improve sales acceleration programs, utilizing data analysis, thinking, and work with cross-functional team. Your work will ensure our sales programs run effectively and efficiently to drive adoption of Google for Education products, specifically supporting Regional Sales and Channel teams.US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Scale global sales acceleration programs to drive Workspace for Education adoption, paid renewals, and hardware refreshes.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build AI/ML-driven prospecting models and automated outreach workflows.
- Align with Regional Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to optimize GTM campaigns and sales workflows.
- Analyze SQL data and BI dashboards to shape strategy and measure program performance against Northstar metrics.
- Influence and build relationships with executive regional and channel leaders to unblock and drive projects forward.
