Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience working within the finance domain, such as growth or ad tech infrastructure.
- Experience with corporate accounting technologies and processes.

Core Labs is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead AI for Finance, building 0-to-1 capabilities. In this role, you will set the direction for how AI transforms Google Finance processes across reconciliations, Source2Pay, controllership, and various aspects of Corporate Finance.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Define and drive an end-to-end product strategy and roadmap to modernize financial operations across Google.
- Partner closely with key corporate finance functions (Controllership, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency for Finooglers.
- Lead rapid experimentation, design, and deployment of innovative financial technologies in a fast-paced Core Labs environment.
