Technical Program Manager, Fleet Orchestration Systems

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering and 5 years of experience in systems engineering or software development.
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience as a system or software architect in a supply chain or operations role.
  • Experience working in the data center or cloud computing.
  • Experience in agile software development and managing multiple applications.
  • Experience in deployment of server, storage, networking, racks and system software at high scale and supporting product features, services and technologies (e.g., networking protocols, SDN /SDS principles, automation in data centers).

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop the technical and product roadmaps for deployment acceleration for the network portfolio of products. Partner closely influences product and engineering leadership to meet business objectives.
  • Drive the cross-functional program to scale and standardize our frameworks. Lead the complex integration with operational domains (e.g., Networking Infra, Logistics, Supply Chain) to capture previously invisible workflows with zero operational friction.
  • Deconstruct complex, high-risk technical problems into clear, executable phases. Challenge the status quo and seek improvement. Promote clarity and focus on delivering incremental value.
  • Act as the primary technical program advocate across the broader organizations. Negotiate boundaries, secure technical dependencies, and build deep alignment with engineering partners.
  • Advocate operational and engineering excellence. Mentor junior program managers, and introduce lightweight, agile practices that allow the team to fail fast and iterate rapidly without bureaucratic overhead.
