Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to distill insights from complex data and present actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ads products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our top customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide.

The gTech Strategy and Operations organization ensures gTech’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate on the gSO Ads Product and AI team, you will drive critical strategic priorities for the gTech Ads Product business. You will facilitate cross-functional alignment, deliver business-critical insights through analytics, and foster strategic partnerships to launch new initiatives. This high-impact role requires developing and implementing strategies and solutions for complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Define, launch, and manage projects independently to drive strategic and operational initiatives for the gSO Ads product portfolio.
  • Develop hypotheses against opportunity areas, perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and translate complex data sets into actionable insights that power product and AI strategy.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across gTech Ads Product Enablement Managers, gTech Ads Verticals and various gSO teams to build alignment, communicate recommendations, and remove roadblocks to execution.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions or frameworks to optimize the Product-to-Market (Practitioners) and vice-versa feedback loop and activation strategies and conduct strategic assessments of emerging AI capabilities and product developments to evaluate benefits, challenges, risks, and implications for gTech's Go-To-Market strategy.
